We are a Jesus-centred, Spirit-filled, multigenerational and multicultural church, serving Bulwell in the north of Nottingham, and beyond. Our heart is to help people know Jesus, grow in faith, and live a life shaped by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

Why has the name changed?
The Well Church is now River Life Church. This new name reflects a new season and a growing sense of God’s direction – not only to gather, but to carry the life of Jesus out into the community – to become “the river that makes glad the city of God”.
What is River Life Church like?
We are a welcoming church family, centred on Jesus and led by the Holy Spirit. We love worship, prayer, teaching from the Bible, and creating space for people of all ages and backgrounds to belong and grow.
I’m new to church or new to faith — can I still come?
Absolutely. You do not need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Whether you’re curious about faith, returning to church, or looking for a church family, you will be warmly welcomed!
What happens on a Sunday?
Our Sunday service starts at 10:45 AM and includes worship, prayer, Bible teaching and time together as a church family. There is no need to dress a certain way or know what to expect before you come.
